We are number 1 to go on May 11th. We will be at the Ann Arbor Circuit court Judge Archie Brown. We have to be there at 8:00 a.m. Jury selection should start around 9:00 a.m. at take most of the morning. Testimony should start somewhere around 1:00 or 2:00 ish. Our lawyer is expecting the testimony to go into Tuesday and hopefully be to the jury for deliberation by Tuesday afternoon.
I can't ask anyone to come, but it is an open public court. If you choose to come our lawyer has asked us to please not have any contact with the jury or conversations with anyone regarding the trial. This even includes times when court is at break or anytime during the trial process. (The weather is always a safe subject!) Honestly, we don't want to do anything that could possibly have a mistrial declared.

Hi Em....You just make me cry! You are such an eloquent writer and know just how to touch our hearts! At least mine anyway. Our hope and prayers are with you and the family, especially this week. Please let us know something as soon as you can! I think we ALL are on pins and needles, like you guys, just waiting for this part of your lives to be OVER!!!
